I'm Taylor Penn, and I feel truly honored to be a part of this incredible Pilot Point community as your middle school principal. Being here for my fourth year with the district and entering my second year in this leadership role continues to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Each day brings new opportunities for me to grow as an educator, and I'm excited about the journey ahead.

Education is more than just a job in my family; it is a calling. My wife is an educator also, and together we're raising our children with the same values we bring to our classrooms every day. After 14 years in education, I've learned that the strongest schools are built on relationships, trust, and shared commitment to student growth.
