First Day Procedures

PPMS Families,
We’re excited to welcome our Bearcats back for the first day of school on Monday, August 10th! As we prepare for a safe and smooth start, please take a few minutes to review the attached graphic for important drop-off, pick-up, and traffic flow procedures.

A few additional first-day reminders:

• Doors open at 7:20 AM. Please do not drop students off before that time.
• Parents will not be allowed inside the building on the first day. We know some students will have quite a few school supplies to carry. If your student needs help getting supplies to their locker, PPMS staff members will be available and happy to assist.
• Please follow the designated traffic route shown on the graphic and the directions of staff members assisting with arrival and dismissal.
• School begins at 7:45 AM and dismisses at 3:30 PM.

The first day is always busy, so we appreciate your patience and cooperation as everyone settles into the routine. Our staff will be ready to greet students, help them find where they need to go, and make sure they have a great start to the year.
