Welcome to Pilot Point Middle School

I'm Taylor Penn, and I feel truly honored to be a part of this incredible Pilot Point community as your middle school principal. Being here for my fifth year with the district and entering my third year in this leadership role continues to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Each day brings new opportunities for me to grow as an educator, and I'm excited about the journey ahead.

Our school is built on a foundation of high expectations and unwavering commitment to student success. We continuously challenge ourselves to reach new heights, pushing both our students and staff to achieve academic excellence in everything we do. This dedication to raising the bar is what sets our school apart and prepares our students for future success.

Education is more than just a job in my family; it is a calling. My wife is an educator also, and together we're raising our children with the same values we bring to our classrooms every day. After 15 years in education, I've learned that the strongest schools are built on relationships, trust, and shared commitment to student growth.

This year, I'm focused on fostering an environment where every student feels valued, challenged, and supported. Our team is dedicated to creating experiences that will help shape confident, capable, and caring young people ready to make their mark on the world.
